Interchange-plus, and nothing hidden on top. In person it is interchange + 0.50% + 10¢ per transaction. Keyed, invoiced or online it is interchange + 0.75% + 25¢. Interchange is the wholesale cost the card networks publish and everyone pays; our margin is the single line beside it. There is no monthly fee, statement fee, PCI fee or batch header fee.
No term contract and no cancellation fee. It is month to month — if we stop being the better deal for you, you can leave any month without paying to go.
Your batch closes automatically overnight and the full amount lands the next business morning at 7:00 AM. Batches taken over the weekend arrive Monday morning.
No — hardware comes free with a qualifying merchant account, configured for your business before it ships. Your account manager will tell you what qualifies for your volume and setup before you commit to anything.

Your business details and ownership information, the bank account you want deposits to land in, and a recent processing statement if you already take cards. Your account manager tells you exactly what the file needs before anything is submitted — no surprises halfway through.
You send us a recent statement, we mark it up line by line and quote against it. If we cannot beat it we say so. If we can, we set up your account, port your menu, tips and taxes, and ship the hardware pre-configured so your next batch simply flows through PosNexus.
Bring the statement and we will do the arithmetic with you — what you would save each month against what they would charge you to leave. If the numbers do not work in your favour, we will tell you to stay put.
