These terms govern your use of posnexus.com. Merchant processing services themselves are governed by a separate merchant agreement provided during onboarding.

About this website

This site describes PosNexus merchant services and lets you request a quote. Content is provided for general information. Savings figures, example statements and dashboard screens shown on this site are illustrative examples — your actual rates and savings depend on your card mix, volume and current pricing, and are confirmed in your written quote.

Quotes

A quote request is not an application and creates no obligation on either side. Quotes we issue are based on the statement and figures you provide and remain subject to underwriting approval by our processing partners.

Rates & claims

Advertised pricing (interchange + 0.50% + 10¢ in person; + 0.75% + 25¢ keyed or online) reflects our standard merchant pricing at the time of writing and may be updated. "Next-day funding" refers to standard next-business-day deposit timing; exact timing depends on your bank and batch close time. "$0 fees" refers to PosNexus setup, monthly, PCI, statement and termination fees.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse this site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to breach security, no submitting false or third-party information in the quote form.

Intellectual property

The PosNexus name, wordmark and site content are proprietary and may not be reproduced without permission. Clover, PAX, Dejavoo, Valor and the device model names used on this site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. PosNexus is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed or sponsored by any of them. These names and the accompanying product images are used solely to identify the hardware PosNexus supplies, configures and supports, and no claim is made to any third-party mark.

Liability

This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, PosNexus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
