This Privacy Policy explains how PosNexus ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit posnexus.com, request a quote, or become a PosNexus merchant. We keep it plain-spoken on purpose.
Information we collect
- Quote requests: the details you enter in our form — your name, business name, industry, country, approximate card volume and average ticket, current processor, email, phone and preferred contact method.
- Merchant onboarding: if you become a merchant, additional business and banking information is collected under a separate merchant agreement with our processing partners.
- Website usage: standard analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics. Our website does not sell advertising and we do not sell your data.
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver the quote you asked for, and to contact you about it by the method you chose.
- To provide and support merchant services once you are on board.
- To improve this website.
What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not send marketing to quote leads who ask us to stop. We only share information with service providers needed to deliver our services (for example, payment processors and card networks), or where the law requires it.
Retention & security
Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records. Merchant data is retained per card-network and legal requirements. We use industry-standard safeguards; payment card data itself is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant processing systems, not stored on this website.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete quote-request data we are not legally required to keep. Email sales@posnexus.com or call 1-833-870-2756.
